Welcome to Eaton Manor
Hello, I’m Nichola and I am here to welcome you to Eaton Manor.
My family, the Madeley’s, have been here since 1934 and I am the 4th generation, together with my brother, Julian. We have loved sharing Eaton Manor with guests since 2001.
2024 marks 90 years of our family looking after Eaton Manor!
I can often be seen riding my bike around the estate and I’m on hand, together with my wonderful team, if you need anything during your stay.
Meet Julian
Julian is my brother, and he has been instrumental in helping me develop the estate for guests, from drawing up plans to change the farm buildings into guest accommodation to running the 500 acres of land that we have, predominantly with arable crops.
Meet Tony
Tony is my Dad and spent many years farming the land here at Eaton Manor, including running a dairy herd.
He was very supportive of diversifying the business to self catering guest accommodation in 2001, and loves to help out around the estate and meet guests.
Meet Adrianna
Adrianna is my sister-in-law, Julian’s wife, and she runs the Wellness Studio at Eaton Manor, offering a variety of relaxing wellness treatments to our guests, from massages to facials, as well as manicures and pedicures.

Meet Max & Wil
Max & Wil are my nephews, Julian and Adrianna’s sons, and are the 5th generation of the Madeley family to grow up here at Eaton Manor.
Max & Wil have some chickens on the estate and provide free-range eggs to guests.

Meet John & Moose
John is my husband and, together with our rescue dog, Moose, they are the maintenance team.
Moose loves to meet our guests, especially four-legged friends, and John is an expert at fixing things.
They can often be seen around the estate ensuring everything is operating as it should be for our guests.

We pride ourselves in helping you organise your special event or celebration, be it a milestone birthday, reunion, anniversary or simply an excuse to get together with friends and family. There is so much to enjoy on the Estate as well as exciting activities and guest services - and if you have a particular activity in mind please let us know and we will try to source it locally for you.
