Each cottage benefits from a very well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining areas and sitting rooms
The kitchens are ideal for preparing the Christmas meal, the dining areas are the best place to enjoy it, and the sitting rooms are just perfect for relaxing in with full stomachs afterwards.
Eaton Manor is truly a haven away from it all
Enjoy your own private space as each of our holiday cottages has a large enclosed garden or patio area to enjoy – safe and secure for children, as well as dogs.
Our 500-acre countryside estate is yours to explore and, with all that space, you really can get away from it all. There are numerous private walks, the best way to work off the excesses of Christmas, with breath-taking views and an opportunity to spot some wonderful local wildlife as well.
Children and dogs alike, just love the secluded outdoors
Kids can really go wild in the secluded outdoors, having a go at our Go Wild Challenge or simply running around burning off some of that festive energy they all have! Whilst, if you have dogs in your group, they will love you forever with all the fields to explore!
Our huge Games Barn is a big hit with families and a perfect place to keep everyone entertained – it is a great big space with snooker, pool, table tennis, air hockey and table football for all ages, as well as a professionally installed large soft play area great for kids under 12 years of age.
All our cottages have unique and stylish bedrooms, most of which are ensuite and some are accessible
The bedrooms can mostly all be flexible as either double rooms or twin rooms. Pendennis is M2 accessible and has 2 double/twin bedrooms with large ensuite wetrooms. Whilst the Master Bedroom in The Manor House has a stunning 6ft Mahogany Four-Poster bed. Toad Hall benefits from two rooms that can be triple rooms – ideal for kids.

We pride ourselves in helping you organise your special event or celebration, be it a milestone birthday, reunion, anniversary or simply an excuse to get together with friends and family. There is so much to enjoy on the Estate as well as exciting activities and guest services - and if you have a particular activity in mind please let us know and we will try to source it locally for you.
